Free Shipping on All Orders! (Within INDIA, Contiguous US States, except Hawaii & Alaska and Canada)

After your order has been processed it will be delivered via the following method.

Shipping - Within INDIA

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING via the Blue Dart Express or similar service or on ALL orders to all destinations in INDIA.

Shipping - Contiguous USA

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING via the United States Postal Service (USPS) on ALL orders to all U.S. destinations except Hawaii. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped by 2nd Business Day service.

Shipping - Canada

Shipping costs to Canada is FREE. Orders to Canada will be shipped via Canadian Post.

Please allow an extra processing time of two business days for all orders being shipped to Canada, in addition to the delivery time for your requested shipping method.

International Orders (Other than USA)

We ship all over the world with “0” shipping charge, which includes insurance for the full amount of the merchandise purchased. does not charge/collect Sales Tax for sales outside the state of New York; however, international orders are subjected to Customs Duties and Taxes in the respective countries. Your Customs agency will contact you for further details on the duties and taxes to be paid for clearance of the international Package.

Delivery Information

We are committed to provide the best customer service and expedite the order shipping but because all our orders will be shipped out from our India fulfillment center so it may take 5-10 days to get it delivered to you. All orders are fully tractable.

Shipping Methods to USA (all shipping fees are in USD)


We offer you shipping via USPS FREE for all orders shipped within Contiguous USA States, except Hawaii & Alaska.  Orders usually arrive within five to seven business days.

UPS Ground®

Need your order faster? You have the option to have your order shipped by UPS Ground® for a fee of $15.00. Orders usually arrive within two to four business days.

If the shipping and billing address differ or if the monthly payment option is selected, your order may be delayed pending order and/or credit approval.

Exception: Customized / Backorders may require additional processing time due to the nature of stock availability and/or other personalized requirements.

If the shipping/billing addresses are different, your order may be delayed. For your security, high value orders may require a signature to be delivered. If you cannot be available to sign your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

For security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via USPS and can take up to 10 business days.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Our Payment and Verification Department may contact customers for additional information as required. Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

If your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted within two business days and informed of the reason for the delay

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to always track your order until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us, and make sure to include your order number or call +91-9829280204, within 2 business days.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to according to our return policy. reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. Return & Refund Policy

Our 30-day’s return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (other than, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return and must come with all original packing and paperwork.

The cost of shipping and insurance is not refunded, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance back to us.

You may return an item, or group of items, within 30 business days without incurring any re-stocking fees. The cost of shipping is not refunded, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance back to us. We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. If within 30 days of receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. However, all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.

Should your merchandise become defective within 30 days following your purchase date, we will gladly accept the item back to our warehouse and have a jeweler professionally inspect it and determine the proper course of action. TheJewelryCentral stands behind their merchandise and will try to repair it first - and should that not be possible, we will replace the item with a brand new one. If we are unsuccessful in repairing or replacing the item due to a lack of stock or a discontinued item, we will issue a full refund against the item in the same form of payment that was initially used to purchase the item.

Repairs and replacements within the 30-day warranty period is free of charge to our customers. However, products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be covered under our free repair warranty.

All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift.

Because is an exclusively B2C, our return policy is strict.

To return, exchange or replace your purchase, please follow these simple steps:

1. Call our Customer Service Department on 1-551-226-6176 to obtain a UPS return label. You will receive this label via e-mail.
3. Pack items to be returned and include your shipping document (or return purchase form).
4. Make arrangements with USPS to have your package picked up (either drop it off at a USPS location or arrange with them to have it picked up).
